Clients in the Level II program participate in moderate to intense workouts to achieve their individual goals. The range of activities include: a variety of group workouts – on the beach and in the gym, swimming, cardio boxing, spinning, circuit training, weight training, sand dune climbing, kayaking, canyon hikes, and parachute workouts.
