We emphasize a lifestyle change for long-term weight management. To achieve this, we address everything that affects your weight loss and fitness goals. This includes the mental and physical aspects as well as the practical tools needed for lifelong maintenance. To ensure that you reach your goals, we take a more disciplined approach, scheduling your eating times, classes, and personal training sessions.
How do I know which program to choose?
When you first arrive at boot camp, you will undergo a body fat analysis and a test to assess your level of fitness. Our staff of experts will consider the results of these tests along with your personal goals, to start you at the appropriate program level. As you lose weight and your fitness level improves, your diet and exercise regimen will change accordingly.
What type of exercises can I expect to do at camp?
To keep our program interesting and to accommodate each person’s level of fitness, we offer a wide variety of activities. On a given day you could be doing any of the following activities: one-on-one personal training, group workouts, outdoor fitness classes (boot camp), hikes, bike rides, swimming, kayaking, and other outdoor activities like the Manhattan Beach sand dunes and the world famous Santa Monica stairs. Or you could find yourself in the gym doing a variety of cardiovascular and weight bearing activities.
What dates do the sessions run?
The fitness boot camp in Los Angeles runs year-round and clients can start at anytime – Monday through Friday, during regular business hours. Spaces fill up, so be sure to call us as soon as you know when you can come.
How long should I stay in your weight loss program?
It depends on your individual circumstance – your weight loss goals, how much time you can be away from home, etc. Please call us at 424-247-8072 and we’ll help you decide which program is right for you. |
What is included in the cost of the program?
It’s an all-inclusive program, covering healthy meals and snacks, luxury accommodations, personal training sessions, exercise activities, nutrition counseling, behavioral therapy, motivational coaching, cooking classes, fitness assessments, and ongoing evaluations.
What’s the next step to sign up for boot camp?
Simply give us a call at 424-247-8072 when you know the dates that you would like to come to camp. We will then email you the necessary paperwork to complete and send back to us. We also require a 25% deposit to reserve your spot, with the remaining balance due one week prior to your arrival.
Do you make allowances for family emergencies or personal injuries?
Yes, we have compassion for these circumstances and will do whatever we can to accommodate the situation. As soon as an emergency occurs, let us know and we will work with you to take the time off – your package will be put on hold and you can reschedule the remaining time at your convenience.
Can I take time off to travel for business or a personal event?
If we are given advance notice, we can usually work around your schedule. We want you to get the full benefit of the program, so we’ll even send workouts with you to do while you’re away from camp.
What happens if I miss a class or a day of classes while I’m at camp?
We understand that people get sick or can’t get to class for other personal reasons. Whatever the case, we want you to make up the time that you miss. Please talk with the scheduler to arrange your makeup sessions.
How much does the program cost?
We offer several packages running from two weeks to several months. The following are the costs of some popular packages: 4 Weeks: $16,450, 6 Weeks: $23,900, 8 Weeks: $30,900, 12 Weeks: $45,400, and 16 Weeks: $59,900. |
