- One-on-One Nutrition

- Our goal is to help you make lifestyle changes for long-term success with your weight loss and fitness goals. A key part of this is knowing what works and doesn?t work for you, and then adjusting your plan to fit your unique make-up in a healthy way. In your one-on-one sessions with our nutritionist, you?ll talk about your goals and frustrations, and create a realistic meal plan that works for you.

- Meal Planning

- At our weight loss camp, we look at each client individually to develop a diet and exercise plan for maximum results. When creating a meal plan for a client, we consider many factors such as weight, gender, activity level, likes and dislikes, and overall lifestyle. We?ll then base their meal plan on our philosophy of eating five small meals a day, with each meal having a balance of all three macronutrients ? carbohydrates, proteins, and healthy fats.

- Grocery Store Trips / Nutrition Sessions

- Our staff nutritionist will meet with you each week to thoroughly review your health status and help you take any necessary action to attain optimal health. Throughout your stay, she?ll continually refine your dietary plan to adjust to your changing health status. You?ll also benefit from her vast knowledge when you go along with her to a grocery store. You?ll learn about all the great nutrients that are found in the produce section as well as what to buy and avoid in prepackaged foods.

- Group Motivational Talks

- Drawing from years of personal and professional experience, Camp Technique president Eric Viskovisz shares his insights on the mental challenges of weight loss and fitness. In these highly interactive weekly group sessions he covers topics such as visualization, internal dialogue, and motivation. Clients not only learn from his knowledge, but from each other.

- Chef's Cooking Classes

- It important that you have the tools to maintain your health regimen once you leave us. Whether you?re the cook in your household or not, you'll benefit from hands-on experience cooking healthy meals with our head chef. Learn everything about what goes into the delicious meals that you eat at our weight loss retreat. You also can ask our skilled chef anything about cooking, from what kind of ingredients to use to how to prepare a certain food - he'll answer any questions that you may have.

- Clinical Therapist

- Understanding what is behind your eating behavior is essential to creating a healthy relationship with food. Our licensed clinical therapist will meet with you on a weekly basis to help you discover the various emotions, thoughts, and behaviors, that contribute to your eating patterns. She will then work with you to develop the insight and strength to change the underlying psychological components of the negative aspects of your eating behavior.
