Extreme Weight Loss Program
In this extreme weight loss program, you can focus on losing those bothersome extra pounds in a quick and healthy manner. You’ll be challenged to maximize your workouts to lose as many pounds as possible. In this live-in fitness program, we customize the exercise and nutrition regimen for each client to get the best results. Clients in the Level II program participate in moderate to intense workouts to achieve their individual goals. The range of activities include: a variety of group workouts – on the beach and in the gym, swimming, cardio boxing, spinning, circuit training, weight training, sand dune climbing, kayaking, canyon hikes, and parachute workouts.
