At Camp Technique, we've created a variety of fitness retreats that will help you achieve your goals in a fun and challenging boot camp-like atmosphere. Each participant of our camp gets a workout regimen that is specific to their needs.

We know at Camp Technique that it's not "one size fits all" when it comes to your fitness goals. Just as your doctor wouldn't prescribe medicine without learning what the problem is, your trainers at our camp will not recommend a program without learning about your goals. Each person has a unique goal, and each goal requires a well-thought out program.

You Have a Goal. We Have a Program.
Depending on what you are trying to achieve, we may recommend different areas of focus that will best prepare you to meet that goal. For instance, if you're planning on training for a charity walk, you'll probably need to work on your long distance stamina. This may include lessons on proper eating to maintain energy. It may also include muscle building for your legs, and it may even include breathing exercises.

On the other hand, if you're training to get in shape for your neighborhood basketball team, you may have need of a different fitness program. You might want to concentrate on a more total-body fitness program that will increase your lung capacity. Whatever your goal is, Camp Technique will make sure that your fitness retreat is tailored to fit your needs.
