Fitness Training
At Camp Technique, we've designed our fitness training programs to incorporate a variety of different health aspects. It includes motivational coaching, physical training, nutrition and massage therapy. Whether you're already an athlete looking for a new challenge or a non-exerciser looking to get fit, you're sure to find the right balance of health considerations. At Camp Technique, not one aspect of our program is more important than another. We believe that all aspects of health need to be considered in order to make a real change in lifestyle. Many people consider themselves healthy if they exercise three times a week, and they may be in good condition. However, the majority of us don't realize how everything we do--from the way we eat and sleep to the way we breathe--will have an effect on our health. Proper Training Isn't Only Physical We can't say how long it will take for you to achieve your personal goal. But we can say that we will get you there. When you join our camp, the first thing we'll do is talk to you and establish what your goals are. Then we'll create your "prescription." Your prescription will consist of a balance of exercise, nutrition, massage therapy and whatever else is needed to get you to the "new you." |
