Complete Lifestyle is an all-encompassing program that not only functions as a weight loss vacation but also functions as a step toward wellness for those individuals stuck in unhealthy lifestyle and eating patterns. Wellness is a multidimensional concept incorporating the mental, emotional and spiritual aspects. This program strives to help people break free of the fear of or dependence on food that often leads to a cycle
of unhappiness, guilt and shame.

The packages available for the Complete Lifestyle program are 8-12 week fitness vacations. We recommend the longest stays for this program because the longer your stay with us, the more ingrained your new behaviors and attitudes will become in your new body!
The difference between the Complete Lifestyle and the Extreme Weight Loss programs is that for the Complete Lifestyle program you get two separate follow-up sessions in which you fly back to Camp Technique in Los Angeles and receive three days of our follow-up program each time. All this is included in Camp Technique's Lifestyle program because we want you to succeed!
