Extreme Weight Loss is a program that is not for the faint of heart. It is a custom designed fitness and nutritional regime that is your personal plan of attack against those extra 30 pounds or more. Many of the people who come to Camp Technique’s Extreme Weight Loss program are astonished at the amount of weight they can lose in a short amount of time, yet still in a healthy and safe manner.

The packages available for the Extreme Weight Loss program are 4-16 week fitness vacations. We recommend longer stays for this program because our goal is to shed as many of those bothersome pounds as is humanly possible.
