I started boot camp, I wasn't overweight, but I needed
a program that would help me control my eating habits
and tone my body. I was a little nervous at first that
I wouldn't be able to keep up in the camp, but to the
contrary, I found the camp to be great for all levels.
I work best with positive feedback and found the instructor
to be very supportive and motivating. After 6 weeks in
the class I lost 6% body fat and felt in control of my
eating. The camp actually gave me the confidence that
I needed, to quit the job that I was so miserable in,
and begin a healthier lifestyle. In addition, I made some
wonderful relationships with people that I probably would
have never met."
