Eric Leeseberg
Personal Trainer

From trainee to trainer - is the natural transition that Eric has made in the athletic realm. He has trained for years with the nationally renowned physical therapist and trainer, Aaron L. Mattes, who states, "...I rate Eric Leeseberg as one of the finest personal training candidates that I've witnessed." Participating in sports for more that 21 years, Eric has dealt with a wide range of his own injuries that have equipped him to specialize in injury rehabilitation and prevention. In his training, he emphasizes form, function, and safety, and recognizes the importance of coordination, balance and correct posture. He also has the unique experience of coaching teams for the Special Olympics, where he learned to be a better teacher and gained a high level of patience, both of which have helped him to be more effective in personal training.

In addition to helping clients reach their weight goals, Eric wants them to leave the program feeling much better that when they arrived. Meaning their bodies are stronger and more balanced, and they are in better overall health. Most importantly, he wants them to take away knowledge of how to workout, eat, and live fully, so that when they leave L.I.F.E. they can maintain the goals they've reached and strive towards new, higher goals. He also looks foward to helping the company grow locally and nationally to be one of the industry leaders in health and performance.

Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida. He earned his Personal Trainer Certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), and is American Red Cross CPR/AEDD Certified. He also has been recruited to play in college and professional sports. He currently is participating in pro beach volleyball.
