Workout Programs

Workout programs are an excellent way to break up the monotony of daily exercise. At Camp Technique, we've helped hundreds of people achieve their goals in a fun, interesting and challenging way. With programs that range from 30 minutes to day-long events, you will be able to find a solution that fits your schedule.

Depending on your schedule and desired goals, we may recommend different levels of programs for you. Everyone is an individual, and not everyone has the same needs. That's why when you first come to our camp; we'll give you a complimentary consultation to help assess your needs. We've found that during the consultations many people are surprised to learn about the variety of ways they can get in shape and have fun doing it.

Mix and Match Your Workout Programs
Properly assessing your needs does not mean you have to take a test. Our staff is highly trained in many areas of health, including fitness, posture, sports, diet and more. During our consultation, we'll help you determine what kinds of programs will best work for you. If you don't have specific goals in mind already, don't worry, we'll help you determine what they should be.

Once you've worked with our trainers to find the right program, then the fun begins. You may join a boot camp style exercise group, or you may decide that one-on-one training sessions are better for you. You may also elect to try more than one program. Whatever the mix is, you can be sure of one thing--we'll help you get the right results, and we think you'll have fun doing it.
